Raspberry Mousse

  • 1. Chill the evaporated milk in the fridge. It has to be really cold for this to work.
  • 2. Make up the sachet of jelly crystals with just 1/2 pint of boiling water then leave to cool.
  • 3. When the milk is cold whisk it until stiff.
  • 4. Fold in the cooled jelly gently then pop in the fridge to set.
