Method

  • 1. Blitz all of the ingredients in a blender for 15 seconds.
  • 2. Pour the blended mixture into a plastic container and freeze until almost solid.
  • 3. Just before the mixture fully solidifies break into small crystals and then return to freezer until solid.
  • 4.Serve the sorbet on it's own or with fruit.
