- 1. Add all veg into frying pan except pak choy with 1 tbsp of water and cook for approx 3 mins.
- 2. Mix peanut butter sweet chilli and soy with 25ml of water to form a paste.
- 3. Add pak choy and sauce to frying pan and cook for 1 minute.4 Add the cooked rice noodles cook for a further minute and serve!
