Sausage & Butternut Squash Casserole

Method

  • 1. Cook the parsnip squash onion and stock in a pan. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 mins.
  • 2. Add sausages and the rest of the ingredients to the pan. Bring back to the boil and simmer uncovered for 20 mins.
  • 3. Serve with potatoes of your choice (just add in the extra calories).
