Method

  • 1. Place fish on a sheet of foil and cover with spring onions lemon juice and soy sauce.
  • 2. Wrap the foil around the fish to make a parcel.
  • 3. BBQ or cook in hot oven for about 20 mins.
  • 4. Serve with boiled new potatoes and steamed green beans (just add in the extra calories).
