Spanish Chicken

  • 1. Dry fry the onion in a non stick pan or use a little Fry Light if you need until soft. Add the chicken and fry till golden and cooked through.
  • 2. Add the tinned tomatoes sugar salt bay leaf and cloves. Cover and simmer for 20-30 mins.
  • 3. Remove the bay leaf and cloves and if needed mix the cornflour with a little water and then add to the pan. Keep stirring until thickened.
  • 4. Serve with rice salad or a jacket potato. Just add in the extra calories in your Food Diary.
