1. Cut the potatoes into wedges sticks or slices - however you prefer them.
2. Spray a baking tray with a a few squirts of Fry Light.
3. Place the potato slices in a plastic bag and toss with the spices and half of the oil.
4. Arrange on the baking tray and oven cook at 350F / 180C for about 45 minutes turning often and brushing occasionally with the remaining oil. Remove from the oven and grill for about 5 minutes turning after 3 minutes to make golden brown.
