- 1. Remove the stalks from the mushrooms and put 2 in an ovenproof dish.
- 2. Chop the other mushrooms finely and mix with the cheese egg herbs and seasoning.
- 3. Divide the mixture and pile on top the flat mushrooms. Bake in a hot oven for 15 mins.
- 4. In the meantime use a round dish to cut circles out of the bread - these should be about the same size as the mushroom.
- 5. Toast the bread and pop the mushrooms on top.
