Thai Beef Salad

  • 1. Place the beef fish sauce 7 spice lime juice and chilli in a bowl and leave to marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  • 2. Place the beef and marinade in a preheated wok and stir fry.
  • 3. Arrange the herb salad red onion and cucumber between 4 plates.
  • 4. Pour the beef strips and marinade on top of the salad.
