- 1. Finely chop the tuna but do not mince it as this spoils the required texture. Place the tuna in a bowl and add the shallot garlic chilli avocado & soy sauce
- 2. Season well with the salt & pepper. Using your hands mix lightly making sure you don't squash the avocado too much and shape into 4 burgers and chill until you are ready to cook them.
- 3. Brush the burgers with a little oil place under a preheated grill and cook for 3 - 4 mins each side. Alternatively fry in a none stick pan in the heated oil
- 4. Serve with red onion lettuce & sauce of you choice. You can add in a bun if you wish just add in the extra calories.
