A quick and easy meal, ideal for when you have a take-a-away craving!
Finely slice the spring onion, green pepper, mushrooms and broccoli.
Spray a pan with oil and add the spring onion, green pepper, mushrooms and broccoli and cook over a medium to high heat for about 2 minutes or until softened.
Move the vegetables to the side of the pan, add the egg and cook to scramble, stirring as required.
Turn off the heat and add the cooked chicken, oyster sauce and cooked rice. The heat from the pan will warm up the rice and chicken.
