  • Build the ultimate workout playlist to keep you motivated. Most streaming services have a playlist for every mood, so you can find the perfect tunes to get you moving.
  • If you're new to exercising and are looking to increase your daily step count, investing in a fitness tracker is a great idea. Not only will it help you keep track of your progress, but you can also challenge your friends or colleagues to reach the top of the leaderboard.

  • Buy a journal (yes, really!) You might think this is old fashioned but journalling your progress after each session highlights the strides you're making. Celebrate your daily or weekly achievements, and reward yourself for your hard work and commitment
