How do I record my exercise?


The Scottish Slimmers app is designed to be compatible with third party health or activity trackers; this functionality will be introduced soon. Do keep checking for updates and sign up for notifications.

In the meantime, ironing is not exercise!

Normal day to day activity needs to be supplemented with exercise that elevates your heart rate to have any impact on your food consumption; as a minimum, walking, running or swimming for at least 20 minutes, 3-5 days per week is recommended.
