How to cancel auto renewal on iPhone/iPad


The App Store handles all billing for in-app purchases made on iOS devices.

Customers who subscribe to Scottish Slimmers through iTunes will need to contact Apple directly with any refund requests. They may honor refund requests within 30 days of the purchase date (but it’s at their discretion). You can contact iTunes Customer Support directly at

  1. Tap on Settings on your iPhone/iPad homepage, scroll down and select iTunes & App Store.
  2. Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the page...
  3. ....then tap on 'View Apple ID' (you may need to enter your iTunes password at this stage).
  4. This will take you to your Subscriptions - tap on the arrow.
  5. Finally, under 'Active' tap on the Scottish Slimmers Online subscription...
  6. .....then Cancel Subscription.
