There could be two reasons for this.
The emails have been diverted into your Spam folder - please check this. If they are there, you will need to change your email settings to accept emails from us. If they definitely have not arrived, please email the Customer Care Team at ask-me@bestyougroup.com
There was a typo in your email address when registering. If you didn't receive a confirmation email from us when you joined and are also having problems logging in to your account, this is almost certainly the reason. In which case you need to email the Customer Care Team at ask-me@bestyougroup.com
