The list of Target Weights shows the percentage weight loss beside. The system doesn't allow you to select more than 20% weight loss in one go - hence why you can't go lower. Once you start losing weight, the list will reset to let you select a lower Target Weight.
Tip! When selecting your Target Weight, we recommend breaking it into smaller steps of 5% or 10% rather than going for the full amount. When you reach this, go back and set the next step. It's far more motivating than just focusing on a big target which can seem like a daunting prospect.
Note! While it's perfectly okay for you to go back to My Profile > Personal Details and update your weight yourself, this is something the system will do automatically for you from time to time. We monitor how you’re getting on from your weekly weigh-ins to see if we need to adjust your Daily Checks Allowance. If this is necessary to keep your progress on track, your allowance will change from the next Sunday.
