Declutter your space and your mind. This could be at work or your favourite space at home. Create a more productive and happy space by binning the clutter and ridding your life of anything you don't need.
Laugh at least once a day
Laughter is the best form of medicine, laughing with friends, family or co-workers at least once a day can give you the endorphin boost your body is looking for.
Have a good stretch
Release the tensions you have been carrying by having a stretch every morning and evening before bed.
Go out for a walk
Another great way to release endorphins is to exercise, and going for a morning, afternoon or evening walk will help you feel fitter and more energised in the long run.
