“I’ve been overweight ever since I can remember,” says Claire Linton who successfully slimmed down from a size 22 to a size 12!
“I lost weight for my wedding but I slipped back into my lazy eating habits. Before I knew it, I was a size 22, feeling old and mumsy.”
After a couple of false starts with other programmes, Claire said, “I was still struggling to lose weight so decided to try exercising and I loved running but, being so heavy, there was too much strain on my joints."
