Heat oven to 180°C/160°C fan. Line a muffin tray with 12 muffin cases.
Mix the dry ingredients together. Create a well in the middle and pour in the wet ingredients.
Mix gently with a wooden spoon until combined.
Fold in the berries and seeds until combined.
Divide between 12 muffin cases and bake for 25-30 minutes until risen and golden brown on top.
