- Fry the chopped bacon in a hot pan, then set aside.
- Beat the eggs with seasoning.
- Return the pan to the heat and pour in the eggs.
- Cook, stirring with a spatula to push the set egg to the centre of the pan.
- Before the eggs are set add the cheese then the bacon.
- Cook for a further minute or two, until the base is golden.
- Fold before removing from the pan, and serve.
