Breakfast Omelette thumb

  1. Fry the chopped bacon in a hot pan, then set aside.
  2. Beat the eggs with seasoning.
  3. Return the pan to the heat and pour in the eggs.
  4. Cook, stirring with a spatula to push the set egg to the centre of the pan.
  5. Before the eggs are set add the cheese then the bacon.
  6. Cook for a further minute or two, until the base is golden.
  7. Fold before removing from the pan, and serve.
