- 1. In a small bowl combine the honey, olive oil, lime juice, cinnamon and cloves and whisk to blend. Set aside.
- 2. Cut off the crown of leaves and the base off the pineapple, then pare off the skin. Cut the pineapple in half, then slice each half into 4.
- 3. Skewer each slice across the diameter then lightly brush the pineapple with the marinade.
- 4. Grill or barbeque for 2 minutes each side.
- 5. Stand to cool for a minute or two before serving,
