Method
- 1. Slice all of the vegetables and spread a light layer of salsa on each tortilla.
- 2. Mix the garlic and chilli powder in a bowl then coat the chicken with the mix.
- 3. In a hot pan, wiped with oil, stir fry chicken and onion until golden brown, then add the pepper and mushrooms stirring for 2-3 minutes.
- 4. Spoon chicken and veg mix dividing up between the tortillas, and wrap.
- 5. Serve with a tabelspoon of creme fraiche and remaining salsa.
