Method

  • 1 Cook the rice as instructed, drain and cool under the runnng tap.
  • 2. Slice the spring onion, red pepper and broccoli.
  • 3. Dice the chestnut mushroom and chicken.
  • 4. Turn off the heat and add the oyster sauce to the cooked rice, then add the egg. The heat from the hot pan will cook the egg.
