Chicken & Walnut Salad
Fresh, light and full of goodness, try this simplest of salads today!
- 85 g/3 oz cooked chicken (chopped)
- 1 apple (cored and chopped)
- 1 small stick celery (chopped)
- 3 walnut halves (roughly chopped)
- 2 rounded tbsp fat-free natural yoghurt
- Black Pepper
- Lemon juice
- Toss the chicken, apple, walnut and celery pieces into the yoghurt.
- Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
