Chicken & Walnut Salad

Fresh, light and full of goodness, try this simplest of salads today!

  • 85 g/3 oz cooked chicken (chopped)
  • 1 apple (cored and chopped)
  • 1 small stick celery (chopped)
  • 3 walnut halves (roughly chopped)
  • 2 rounded tbsp fat-free natural yoghurt
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Lemon juice
  1. Toss the chicken, apple, walnut and celery pieces into the yoghurt.
  2. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
