Apple Cinnamon Porridge

Method

  • 1. In a small saucepan, stir the porridge with the water or milk, bring to the boil then immediate lower heat to simmer.
  • 2. Grate the red apple and add to cooked porridge, continuing to stir for another five minutes.
  • 3. Sprinkle over some cinnamon and serve.
