- 1. Cook the pasta according to instructions, then allow to cool.
- 2. Mix together the mayonnaise, mango chutney and curry paste. Squeeze in a little lemon juice to taste.
- 3. Mix the drained pasta with the chicken, red peppers and sultanas
- 4. Stir the mayonnaise mixture into the pasta and chicken mixture and mix thoroughly. If necessary, season to taste with salt, pepper and more lemon juice.
- 5. Serve half to each person accompanied by no-Check salad.
