- 1. Crush or blend to a rough consistency the chickpeas, onions, garlic, cumin and parsley
- 2. Divide the mix into 8 and form small patties or fritters; refrigerate for 30 mins.
- 3. Preheat oven to 200 deg and bake for 40 minutes, flipping half way
- 4. Mix the tahini and lemon juice to make a dressing
- 5. Allow the falafel to cool for 5 minutes then serve with the greens, drizzle with dressing.
