Method

  • 1. Peel and core the apple, then chop into bit sized chunks.
  • 2. Half the berries and slice the banana.
  • 3. Toos all the ingredients in large bowl.
  • Serve naked or sprinkle with a tablespoon of oats and serve with plain yoghurt.
