- 1 Pork link sausage
- 50g bacon medallion
- 1 slice steak lorne sausage or black pudding
- Handful of button mushrooms
- 1 tomato, quartered
- 1 medium egg
- 10 ml milk
- In an oven tray, place the sausage, bacon medallion, lorne or black pudding, muchshrooms and sliced tomato under a hot grill until cooked through.
- Whilst they are cooking, in a non-stick pan scramble 1 medium egg with a splash of milk.
- Alternatively, poach or boil the egg.
Just double up the ingeredients if you have company.
