Full English Breakfast alt

  • 1 Pork link sausage
  • 50g bacon medallion
  • 1 slice steak lorne sausage or black pudding
  • Handful of button mushrooms
  • 1 tomato, quartered
  • 1 medium egg
  • 10 ml milk
  1. In an oven tray, place the sausage, bacon medallion, lorne or black pudding, muchshrooms and sliced tomato under a hot grill until cooked through.
  2. Whilst they are cooking, in a non-stick pan scramble 1 medium egg with a splash of milk.
  3. Alternatively, poach or boil the egg.

Just double up the ingeredients if you have company.
