Start the day right with a tasty healthy take on Scottish breakfast.

Find your breakfast products from John Davidsons:

  • 1 low-fat sausage (John Davidsons )
  • 1 bacon medallion
  • 1 slice Beef steak lorne sausage (John Davidsons )
  • Handful mushrooms
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 medium egg
  • Skimmed milk
  • Spray oil
  1. Grill the low-fat sausage, bacon medallion, black pudding mushrooms and sliced tomatoes.
  2. Whilst they are cooking, in a non-stick pan scramble 1 medium egg with a splash of skimmed milk.
  3. If preferred, egg can be dry-fried using a spray of oil.
