Grilled Chicken with Salsa
Method
- 1. Place the chicken under a medium to hot grill and cook for approx 15 minutes.
- 2. Whilst the chicken is cooking dice to tomatoes, garlic, onion and jalapenos. Place in a bowl with the lime juice.
- 3. When the chicken is almost cooked cover with the salsa and continue to grill until the chicken is cooked.
- *TIP - serve with no check vegetables or a portion of whole grain rice.
