- 1. In a large pan add the turkey and onion; saute over low heat until the onions are translucent.
- 2. Stir in the tomatoes, kidney beans, sugar and chillies, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- 3. Add the celery and simmer for another 20 minutes.
- 4. Ladle into warmed individual bowls and top each with 1 tablespoon sour cream. Serve immediately.
