Homemade Oven Chips

Method

  • 1. Peel and cut potatoes into chips or cubes however you can leave the skin on if you prefer.
  • 2. Parboil for about 10 minutes and then drain. Give them a good shake to ruffle up the edges.
  • 3. Heat the oven on a medium to high heat and spray a baking tray with Fry Light. Add in the potatoes and spray Fry Light on top to coat.
  • 4. Bake in oven until golden and cooked through approx 20-30 minutes.
    There are really easy to make and tastes much better than bought frozen chips.
