Zesty Lemony Loaf
- 1. Preheat oven to 190C.
- 2. Mix the sugar, flour, eggs and milk to form a batter.
- 3. Place in a non stick loaf tin and bake for approximately 30 minutes until lightly browned on top and baked through.
- 4. Remove from oven and, when the loaf has cooled, mix the juice from the lemon with the sugar and brush over the top.
- 5. Allow to set before cutting into slices.
