- 1. Preheat the oven to 200c / 400f / gas mark 6
- 2. Cook pasta drain and set to one side.
- 3. Spray a pan with light oil and fry to soften the vegetables
- 4. Transfer the vegetables to an ovenproof dish and add the tomatoes, basil and seasoning.
- 5. Toss the pasta in the fromage frais and mix with the vegetables.
- 6. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
