- 1. Make the pizza base up according to the instructions on the packet. Split the dough into two balls (one for each pizza if you are making individual pizzas)
- 2. Roll the dough out on a floured surface until nice and thin fold the edges over to create a crust spread the tomato puree on to the base and add the tinned tomatoes.
- 3. Spread the veggies over and then sprinkle the low fat cheese over.
- 4. Bake in the oven (gas mark 6) for 15-20 minutes until the cheese has melted and the crust has risen. Alternatively you can adapt this recipe to create calzone the ingredients remain the same the only difference is you pile the pizza topping on to just half of the pizza and then fold the other half of the dough over the top then pinch the edges together so that the filling doesn't come out. Bake the oven for 15 - 20 mins (gas mark 6) until the dough browns.
