Method

  • Add the peas, onion, garlic, vegetable stock and water to a suitable saucepan.
  • Bring to the boil and simmer for 6-8 minutes.
  • Blend with a stick mixer, or potato masher to consistency preferred.
  • Add the stock cubes and cracked black pepper to taste.
  • Stir well and serve!
