- 1. Spray the cooking oil in a frying pan or wok.
- 2. Add the mustard and cumin seeds until they start to pop a little after a few minutes.
- 3. Add the onion and garlic and fry until brown.
- 4. Add passata or tomatoes, turmeric, garam masala, coriander and chilli powder. Simmer for 5-10 minutes adding water as required.
- 5. Add prawns and heat until prawns properly cooked. Take off heat and stir in yogurt.
- TIP - For a vegetarian option switch the prawns for vegetables of your choice.
