- 1. Soak the noodles in a bowl of warm water for 4-5 minutes.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp sunflower oil in a wok or frying pan then stir-fry the veg over a high heat for approximately 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Add the noodles, prawns, chilli sauce, and soya sauce and stir fry for a further 3 - 4 minutes.
- 4. To serve ladled into warmed bowls or plates. Garnish with lime wedges and diced red chilli .
