Method

  • 1. Take 3/4 of the raspberries and blitz in a blender until they form a sauce consistency, then mix into the fromage frais.
  • 2. Chop the remaining raspberries in half and add to the mixture.
  • 3. Crumble the meringue nests into the mixture and mix together.
  • 4. Divide the mixture into 4 pudding bowls and serve with a touch of squirty cream
