- 1. Take 3/4 of the raspberries and blitz in a blender until they form a sauce consistency and mix into the fromage frais.
- 2. Chop the rest of the raspberries in half and add to the mixture.
- 3. Crumble the meringue nests into the mixture and mix together.
- 4. Divide the mixture into 4 pudding bowls and serve with a touch of squirty cream
