Method

  • 1. Lightly fry the shallots in oil, add garlic & spices, then transfer to a bowl.
  • 2. Wash & drain the kidney beans, then add to the bowl shallots.
  • 2. Mash or blend the mixture to a rough or chunky texture.
  • 3. Serve with french bread or crispbreads and a green salad.
