Method

  • 1. Part boil the potatoes, drain and shake in the pan.
  • 2. Put into a roasting tin with the chicken season and coat with thin layer of oil. Cook in a preheated oven 180°C 350°F Gas Mark 4 for 25 mins or until done.
  • 3. Steam the carrots and cabbage until tender.
  • 4. Serve with gravy.
