Rocket and White Bean Hummus
Quick and easy hummus to enjoy on cracker breads or with chopped vegetables.
- 360 g cooked or canned white beans (drained and rinsed)
- 30 g rocket
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
- You can increase the water until the desired consistency is achieved.
