Method

  • 1. Prepare the instant noodles according to the pack instructions leaving out the flavouring sachet.
  • 2. Fry the onions & garlic in the oil until softened then add the chilli & the chicken strips.
  • 3. When the chicken is just sealed on the outside add the peppers & courgettes and stir fry for 5-8 mins until the chicken is cooked and the veg is tender.
  • 4. Just before serving stir in the soy sauce and noodles.
  • A great balance of energy-giving carbs and protein.
