Method
- 1. Place potatoes in boiling water.
- 2. Poach your fish in boiling water and the lemon slices.

- 7. Place each fish cake in breadcrumbs and cover shaking off excess.
- 8. Place all the fish cakes on an oven tray greased with spray oil.
- 9. Cook for approx 20 minutes for 8 small patties and 30 minutes for 4 large.
- 10. Serve on a bed of mixed salad leaves with a squeeze of lemon juice.
