Smoked Kipper with Sauted Veg

Method

  • 1. Heat ½ tsp olive oil in a non-stick pan and gently cook the onions for 1 min.
  • 3. Wrap the kipper in foil and heat under medium temperature grill.
  • 2. Slice the cooked new potatoes, add to the pan with the onion and saute for 4 - 5 mins.
  • 4. Slice the tomato and mushrooms, add to the pan to heat through (3-4 mins).
  • 5. Serve the kippers with cooked veg.
