  • 1. Heat ½ tsp olive oil in a non-stick pan and fry the onions for 1 min.
  • 2. Slice the cooked new potatoes add to the onion and fry gently for 4 - 5 mins.
  • 3. Meanwhile put the kipper under the grill to heat through.
  • 4. Slice the tomato and mushrooms and grill for a few minutes turning once.
  • 5. Serve the kipper with the potatoes onions tomatoes and mushrooms.This is a warm filling breakfast for those who prefer a few more calories to the start of the day.
