- 1. In a blender or juicer, blast the fruit with the water
- 2. Heat the juice with the sugar until dissolved completely, then remove from heat to cool and strain with a fine sieve.
- 3. Stand in the freezer and stir regularly to break up the ice crystals (blast in a blender).
- 4. Just before the sorbet is completely frozen over, add your chosen spirit chosen and stir well.
- 5. Pour into shot glasses or ice lolly moulds and return to the freezer for 30-60 minutes before serving.
