- 1. Place chicken in a shallow ovenproof dish. Combine the yogurt and Tikka paste. Spread the yogurt mix over chicken breasts reserving any remaining mixture. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
- 2. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (350°F) Gas Mark 4
- 3. Season chicken and cook for 20-25 minutes until cooked through adding any remaining marinade halfway through.
- 4. Cook rice as per pack instructions, adding lemon juice and rind to water.
- 5. Drain the rice and serve with the chicken.
