- Pre-heat oven to 180°C (350°F) Gas Mark 4
- 1. Combine the yogurt and Tikka paste.
- 2. Place chicken in a shallow ovenproof dish then generously spread the yogurt mix over chicken breasts reserving any remaining mixture. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
- 3. Cook for 25 minutes, adding any remaining marinade after 10 minutes.
- 4. Cook rice as per pack instructions, adding lemon juice and rind to water.
- 5. Drain the rice and serve with the chicken.
