Method
- 1. Mix the honey sugar and soy sauce in a shallow dish. Add the turkey and mix in well to coat the turkey. Cover with cling film and leave for 30mins.
- 2. Heat a teaspoon of sunflower oil in a frying pan. Add the turkey and all marinade to the pan and fry for 5-10 mins or until cooked.
- 3. Serve with couscous or wholegrain rice as 1 GC on FeelGood Plan
