Super healthy salmon burgers

Serves 1 FG 1 / CC 10

  • 1 boneless (skinless salmon fillet (125g) cut into chunks)
  • 1 tbsp Thai curry paste
  • 1 cm fresh root ginger (grated)
  • ½ tsp soy sauce
  • Handful coriander chopped
  • Spray oil
  • Lemon wedge to serve
  1. Blend salmon with Thai paste, soy sauce and coriander. Tip out and shape into burgers.
  2. Fry burgers for 4-5 mins on each side, turning until crisp and cooked through.
