Super healthy Salmon Burgers

Salmon burger

  1. Chop salmon with Thai paste, soy sauce and coriander.
  2. Tip out and shape into burgers.
  3. Fry burgers for 4-5 mins on each side, turning until crisp and cooked through.
  4. Serve with a green salad for no Checks or baked potato (add extra Checks!).
