- 1. Spread the tortilla with 2 tablespoons of tomato puree evenly.
- 2. Sprinkle the mushrooms pepperoni and grated cheese. Top with herbs.
- 3. Put it in the oven on 190c until cheese has melted approx 5-10 minutes. Be careful not to burn the tortilla.
- 4. Serve with fresh salad for lunch or homemade wedges if you're having it for dinner (just add in the extra cals!)
